If you have a mental health condition, finding coping skills resources can be incredibly helpful. In addition to going to a therapist, life coach or support group, there are many additional resources available to help you learn to cope.
On my website, I have compiled several resource guides for your use:
Coping Strategies Library for Depression
Coping Strategies Library for PTSD
Coping Strategies Library for Children of Narcissistic Parents
These resource guides provide links to all the articles I have published so far on each of these topics. That way, you can find as much information in one place as possible.
Later this year, I will be putting together a resource guide for coping with stress and anxiety as well. Please let me know if there are additional topics you would like me to cover as well, and I am happy to do so!
Since it is Sunday, this is also your Self-Care Sunday reminder! Whether you have a mental health condition or not, taking time for self care is important for all of us. Honoring your needs is a great way to keep yourself healthy physically, mentally and spiritually.
The healthier you are, the better able you will be to cope with stress. Good health is a key factor in resilience. Maintaining your health helps with your mindset as well. Happiness and health are linked. So, make it a point today to take some time for yourself, and do something that you enjoy!
Be well, my lovelies! Have a great week!
