Easy Ways to Incorporate Spirituality into Your Day
There are many ways to add a spiritual component to your day without leaving your own house
This year, as I said in my last newsletter, I am focusing on deepening my spirituality. There are many ways that this can be done, even with a busy and hectic schedule.
Personally, I like finding things that I can easily do at home, such as:
Mindfulness
Meditation
Yoga
Reading spiritual books
You can do any of these in just 5-10 minutes a day, and it will make you feel so much more centered and balanced. Once you see if you like the practice, then you can begin to set aside more time.
It is spiritual self-care. This is just as important as physical or mental self-care, because it can help you feel more calm and peaceful throughout the day knowing that you have done something good for yourself.

Reading any of these will give you a glimpse into easy practices you can do by yourself at home to add a spiritual component to your day. Also, I always post daily affirmations so that you can give yourself a boost of happiness first thing in the morning too!
I love saying affirmations and have done it since I was in grade school. As I have often said, it is great to say affirmations looking at yourself in the mirror. This reinforces the statements as if someone else was saying them to you.
