This year I am delving deeper into my personal spirituality, and my focus is on doing more yoga, meditation, mindfulness and going within. It is also on bringing my spirituality more and more into my daily life.

I am excited to share with you some basics of practicing Buddhism through the practices of Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga. The ebook talks about how you can easily incorporate these practices into your daily life, their benefits, and how these benefits have been validated through scientific research.
To me, Buddhism is very east-meets-west these days, because these ancient spiritual practices are now being recommended by doctors and therapists to help with your physical and mental health. They can help with heart health, and reduce stress and anxiety.
4 years ago when I started my yoga practice, I was using it for fitness and to help with my anxiety. Since then, I have experienced both health benefits as well as profound spiritual benefits.
Lots of self-help guru’s recommend these practices also. You can gain mental clarity, be more peaceful, and also be more productive. All this can improve your relationships too because you will have a greater internal sense of calm.
