It’s Sunday, and the beginning of a new week. Time for us to rest and recharge today, and take some time for self-care. Then, we can work on setting new goals for the new week, so that we can get some momentum going and keep going forward.
Every day, we have a chance to make a difference, and to make the world a better place.
We have the power to effect other people positively, and to make sure that we are doing the best that we can, and helping other people along our path.
Setting personal goals that are aligned to our values is a great way to keep moving forward in life. Goals allow us to live an intentional life, that is filled with purpose. When we set goals, it allows us to determine what is the most important in our lives.
This lets us move forward, to make progress, and to build the life of our dreams.
What dreams are you working towards this week? You can take some time to do a journal session and write out all your goals, and to get ready for what you are going to accomplish this week.
