I have always believed that if you apply yourself, and put in the effort, you can do anything that you set your mind to. The problem is, too often we sell ourselves short, we don’t try hard enough, or we give up.
It is important that you don’t give up on yourself or your dreams. Believing in yourself has power. It can transform your mindset and your life.
Sometimes we need to work with the parts of ourselves that we don’t like, and figure out why we don’t like them. Is it triggering something? Are there messages we got from the past telling us that we were bad for some reason or other?
We can explore these limiting beliefs and why we have them, or we can dive into shadow work.

Working through your limiting beliefs
Learning to embrace the shadow self
The more we work with our limiting beliefs and our shadow self, we learn that we aren’t as bad as we thought we were. The things that were ‘wrong’ with us are just strengths in disguise. We can learn lessons from the things we don’t like about ourselves too, and we can grow.
This allows us to become the best version of ourselves, and to become better people. We are now embracing all of our qualities, not just the ones that we deem to be socially acceptable. This can make us more whole, well-rounded people.
I hope that you can learn to love yourself more fully, and to accept your darkness with your light. It is what helps you create balance. It will increase your self-love and self-acceptance when you learn to love your own darkness and embrace it.
Have a blessed day, my lovelies!
